Sunzet Property Management started in 2018 with one duplex, a spreadsheet, and a promise to treat other people's buildings like our own. Seven years later, we manage more than 180 doors across central New Jersey — and we still answer the phone ourselves.
Linda Darnell Jones, Founder & Principal
Before founding Sunzet, Linda spent twelve years working with landlords across Middlesex and Somerset counties — first as a leasing agent, then as an operations lead at a regional brokerage. She saw the same story again and again: absentee owners paying full-service management fees for stripped-down service, and tenants who felt like ticket numbers.
She started Sunzet to fix both sides of that equation. Today she runs a small, tight team that handles fewer buildings than the big firms do — on purpose.
